Following the news from the Prime Minister last night that the country is on track to ease all legal social distancing measures on 19th July, we can confirm the Club Office is continuing to liaise with local authority officials and monitoring guidance issued by Motorsport UK.
We look forward to normality returning for all of the Clubs activities and will issue a detailed announcement once we have clarity from Tewkesbury Borough Council and Motorsport UK on the impact of restrictions easing for spectator attendance.
We also look forward to The Clubhouse being back to its former glory and providing a central focus for Members and spectators visiting the hill.
We appreciate that the restrictions we have all lived with over the past 2 years have been hard for everyone, and the Directors and Club Staff would like to thank the membership for their continued support and understanding of the impact the pandemic has had on the club, which has been multi-faceted, but happily, not as far reaching as we all once feared.
This recent announcement from the Prime Minister shows there is light at the end of the tunnel and we look forward to sharing further good news with you all very soon.
