Prescott Engineering Festival announces the Guest Speaker Programme.
The Bugatti Trust Museum & Study Centre, and Bugatti Owners' Club, are delighted to announce an exciting programme of guest speakers for this year's inaugural Prescott Engineering & Innovation Festival, taking place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026, offering visitors a unique opportunity to hear from experts at the forefront of motorsport, engineering and automotive heritage.
Hosted by The Bugatti Trust, an independent UK registered educational charity No. 298099, the talks will take place throughout the festival weekend and are included free with all general admission tickets, providing exceptional added value for visitors attending the event. Numbers are limited and tickets are offered on a first come, first served basis, please see below.
The programme begins on Saturday at 11.30am with hill climb competitor Damian Bradley, who will discuss the engineering behind his competition car and the unique challenges involved in taking on the legendary Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. His presentation will provide a fascinating insight into the preparation, innovation and problem-solving required to compete in one of the world's most demanding motorsport events.
At 1.30pm on Saturday, Tim Dutton, Managing Director of Ivan Dutton Ltd and one of the UK's foremost authorities will give a presentation on pre-war Bugatti engineering. Tim, who has decades of experience working with some of the world’s most significant Bugatti cars, will share his extensive knowledge on the engineering design of Bugatti cars and their unique design features.
The speaker programme concludes on Sunday at 11.30am with Martin Jones, Motorsport Market Manager for Moog Engineering, Tewkesbury, who will explore the adoption of aerospace hydraulic actuation technology by Motorsport, (in particular F1).
With a packed programme of engineering exhibits, vehicles, demonstrations, family activities and interactive displays, the Prescott Engineering & Innovation Festival promises an inspiring day out for enthusiasts, families and aspiring engineers alike.
