We are recruiting for a new Competition Administrator as part of our small and busy team in the BOC Office. The role is varied, involves working on events and perfect for someone looking to work in motorsport.

COMPETITION ADMINISTRATOR

OVERVIEW


The Bugatti Owners’ Club, owners and operators of Prescott Speed Hill Climb, are one of the oldest and most prestigious car clubs in the country. The BOC specialises in running hill climb competition events and welcomes thousands of car and bike enthusiasts to their hill, based near Cheltenham, each year.


The role of Competition Administrator is to work as part of a small team to provide support for the General Manager within a varied, busy and challenging role.


This role is best suited to an individual who is ambitious, forward thinking, innovative and pro-active in their approach to work.


Weekend working is required for events where the successful candidate will need to multi-task and problem solve. The role will focus on administration tasks based around processing competition entries, producing entry lists, paddock space allocations, competitor signing on and general event admin support.


An interest in motorsport, specifically Hill Climbing is desirable, with efficiency, good organisational skills and a proven track record in administration essential.


The successful candidate will provide administration support for

• Competition Events

• Drivers Schools

• Corporate Hire Events

• General Administrative tasks

• All other duties as reasonably required by the Club


This role is full time (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm) based at Prescott Hill Climb near Cheltenham with a competitive salary and holiday package.


Weekend working is a requirement of this position. For the right individual, a self-employed, competition season only (April – 2nd week in November), working arrangement may be considered.
