RALLYE PRESCOTT CELEBRATES 30 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF MCRAE / RINGER WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP VICTORY

Rallye Prescott, taking place on Saturday 1st November, will pay special tribute to the 30-year anniversary of the first British duo to win the World Rally Championship.
1995 saw Colin McRae and Derek Ringer secure the WRC title in a year of domination, drama and controversy in their famous Prodrive Subaru 555 Impreza and this years Rallye Prescott is paying special tribute to this notable anniversary.
Rally Forum
On Friday 31st October, The Clubhouse at Prescott will welcome Derek Ringer (1995 Codriver World Champion), Jimmy McRae (Colins Dad), Ken Rees (Prodrive Team Co-ordinator) and Nigel Riddle (Colin and Dereks Chief Engineer) for a special rally forum to discuss the highs, lows and crashes that made up the 1995 season. . . all hosted by Hollie McRae, Colins daughter. Those lucky enough to attend can expect side splitting stories from a year which will always hold a special place in British Motorsport history.
Limited tickets are available for this event through the Clubs website at £15 per person and booking early is recommended in order to avoid disappointment. Admittance will only be granted to ticket holders.
The Main Event
The following day, on Saturday 1st November, Prescott Hill will come alive with the sound of rally cars. Our capacity entry will take to the Hill to complete 3 daylight runs, followed by 3 runs in darkness, with the fastest time in daylight and darkness combined to create the overall winner. The entry list includes R5s, WRC’s, Group A and Group B rally cars, ensuring the spectacle of rallying through the ages is truly represented. It is truly an event not to be missed.
BOC Rally Car Speed Championship
The event will also be the final round of the inaugural Rally Car Speed Championship. All year championship contenders have travelled the length and breadth of the country chasing points at hill climb and sprint venues in readiness for a return to their home hill and the highlight of the year at Rallye Prescott. This championship is specifically designed for rally cars competing in speed events and is already proving a popular addition to the BOC’s other championships on offer and we cant wait to crown our first champion at their home Hill!
SLOWLY SIDEWAYS
2025 once again sees the welcome return of Slowly Sideways to Rallye Prescott with their impressive array of spectacular cars. Expect to see spectacular cars such as Audi Quattros, Lancia 037’s and Metro 6R4’s both in the paddock and on the Hill.
TICKETS AND ADMISSIONS – PRE-SOLD TICKETS ONLY EVENT!
In a change in tradition for Prescott Speed Hill Climb, Rallye Prescott will move to a pre-sold tickets only policy for this popular event. This is due to popular demand at last years event, with the venue being near capacity at the peak of attendance in 2024. As such, the event organisers have taken the step to change the admissions policy and move the event to a Pre-sold tickets only format. This means there will be no tickets available on the day.
