Prescott Speed Hill Climb will have a distinctly Latin flavour this Saturday (13th May), but the Italian theme will extend beyond the exotic machinery that will be tackling the challenging course.
The Bugatti Owner’s Club will play host to Prescott Italia supported by the UK’s leading publication focussing on cars built in Italy, Auto Italia magazine.
The cars tackling the hill will vary from diminutive Fiat 500s to true exoticars, including Ferraris and Lamborghinis. For those who favour their cars with a rallying flavour, a variety of Lancia including a Fulvia Rallye, 037s and Delta Integrales will be taking to the hill. Speaking of flavours, there will be an Italian theme to much of the food, including gelato, on offer at the venue’s various outlets.
A number of Italian car clubs will have display areas at Prescott while the trade area will have book, art and model retailers on hand.
If you have an Italian car that you would like to bring along, there a still a limited number of places available that offer an opportunity to drive the hill in this non-competitive event. If you would just like to see the fabulous and diverse array of machinery, spectator tickets are available in advance at just £12 per person with children and Bugatti Owners’ Club members admitted free.
