Prescott Engineering & Innovation Festival Unveils Diverse Exhibitor Line-Up for 2026
The Prescott Engineering & Innovation Festival has announced an exciting and diverse exhibitor line-up for 2026, bringing together leading universities, cutting-edge technology companies, heritage engineering specialists, motorsport teams, and educational organisations for a unique celebration of engineering excellence at Prescott Speed Hill Climb. The event is organised jointly by the Bugatti Owners’ Club and The Bugatti Trust Museum and Study Centre and will take place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026.
Taking place at the historic Gloucestershire venue, the festival will showcase engineering innovation from across the sector, offering visitors the opportunity to explore everything from autonomous racing technologies and Formula Student race cars to heritage craftsmanship, advanced vehicle electronics, robotics, and 3D scanning.

A major feature of the exhibitor village will be the strong presence of UK universities and student engineering teams. Visitors will be able to meet teams from University of Bath, displaying their Team Bath Racing Electric car, Green Bath Racing project and Greenpower F24 vehicle, alongside virtual reality demonstrations. Cardiff Autonomous Racing will showcase its AI-powered race car, while UCL Racing Formula Student, GCU Racing, Coventry University, and Cardiff Racing will all exhibit Formula Student race cars, demonstrating the next generation of engineering talent.
The festival will also highlight the latest engineering technologies and career opportunities. Moog will display both engineering technologies and an F1 car, while DTAFast will present its engine management systems. Visitors interested in emerging technologies can explore a 3D scanning exhibit from University of Wolverhampton and robotics displays from The Cotswold School.
Engineering education and skills development are central to the festival's mission. Exhibitors including She Can Engineer, Heritage Skills Academy, and the Institution of Engineering and Technology will demonstrate pathways into engineering careers and showcase the breadth of opportunities available across the sector.
The event will also celebrate the rich heritage of automotive engineering. Visitors can enjoy displays from renowned Bugatti specialists including Ivan Dutton Ltd and Brescia Engineering, alongside historic vehicles such as a Bugatti Type 50 exhibited by Mike Preston and a Bugatti Type 37 displayed by the Association of Heritage Engineers. A special Meccano engineering display presented by Terry Allen will further highlight the ingenuity and craftsmanship that have shaped generations of engineers.

The Prescott Engineering & Innovation Festival will feature a packed programme of exhibits, demonstrations, guest speakers, hands-on activities and competition machinery, making it one of the region's most engaging celebrations of engineering, innovation and technology. Running alongside the festival, visitors will also enjoy two full days of competitive hill climbing action, with rounds of the Fassi Classic Speed Championship and the New Barn Interclub Championship taking place on Prescott's famous course. The competition programme will feature a diverse range of machinery, from road-going sports cars and historic competition vehicles to highly specialised single-seaters and purpose-built hill climb cars.
ENTRY LISTS
In addition to the extensive exhibitor displays and motorsport action, visitors can attend a programme of expert guest speaker sessions hosted by the Bugatti Owners' Club and the Bugatti Trust Museum & Study Centre. Highlights include Damian Bradley, who will discuss the engineering challenges of competing at Pikes Peak; renowned Bugatti engineer and restorer Tim Dutton; and engineering technology specialist Moog, which will provide insight into the technologies and innovations developed for some of the world's most demanding engineering applications. Talks are free to attend for festival visitors, but advance booking is recommended as places are limited.
